General
• Warranty orders are processed at no charge.
• Lead time for orders received on this form will be scheduled to ship as follows:
Warranty replacement parts – 3 business days after release
Warranty replacement cabinets – 5 business days after release
• Claims over $200.00 may require a representative’s inspection.
• Executive Cabinetry may require items be returned for analysis.
• Orders must be received by 10:00 a.m. Eastern Standard Time to receive same-day processing.
• A Warranty Order Form with previous order number must be completed.
• Note the reason for the claim on the Warranty Order Form and include a photograph.
• Special purchased items such as Louvered, Stainless Steel and Aluminum doors, and non-standard hardware, may extend lead times.
Color Match
• Orders for product less than six months old will be matched to the control sample.
• Orders over six months old require a color match sample to be submitted.
Orders will not be processed until sample is received.
Samples must be at least one square foot and include the door profile.
Panels, fillers, moldings, etc. are not acceptable forms of color match samples.
• Lead time begins upon receipt and approval of color match sample.
• Due to the nature of cherry wood, an exact color match may not be achieved. Time and aging will be required.
• The shipping cost of the color-match sample is the responsibility of the Dealer.
• Color match material must be minimum 6x6.
Shipping
• Indicate preferred method of shipping on Job Completion Order Form: Next scheduled truck, UPS, FedEx, common carrier, etc.
• If no preferred shipping method is indicated, items will be shipped via best method.
• Freight charges apply to all chargeable parts orders, unless requested at time of order to ship with a previously scheduled order. Job Completion Order
lead time must coincide.
• The acknowledged Ship Date is the day product will ship.
• UPS will not ship items over 150 pounds. Packages cannot exceed 150” in length and girth combined.
• Packages may be up to 96” in length.
• Executive Cabinetry is unable to ship cabinets via UPS.
• Orders may be tracked and reviewed on the Dealer section of the Executive Cabinetry website:
www.executivecabinetry.com.

Warranty claims are given highest priority and reviewed daily by Executive Cabinetry’s production managers.
Claims are entered into a database and tracked for type, frequency and dealer occurrence in order to reduce/eliminate
future claims.


Submit warranty claims on the Warranty Order Form for immediate attention.


Warranty orders are final: changes or item substitutions from original order are not allowed.
