SO Order- These are orders that only include items that do not have to go through our assembly line. SO orders can include doors, drawer boxes, paint, non-manufactured materials, etc. There is a item limit (ex: Door orders over a quantity of 15 get a standard cabinet lead time. See COS orders), but as long as it is not assembled, it can go on this order. A panel that has a return WILL NOT go on an SO as it has to go through assembly.
Lead time: 7-10 Working Days
COS Order- Part orders that exceed the maximum limit of parts for an SO lead time (For doors and drawer fronts, this is 15). The order will get a standard cabinet lead time. You will not see this order designation very often, it’s typically reserved for large door and drawer orders.
Lead time: Standard cabinet lead time
QCO Order – 4 cabinets or less order that has a header with matching info. If ANY header info does not match, our orders team cannot make an order a QCO. That includes Face frame to frameless, door style, color. Etc. Parts can be included with the cabinets on the QCO, but all unassembled parts will still be considered an SO if ordered alone. You can place a QCO related to an order that has not shipped yet and ask that it arrives at the same time as the original order provided the arrival time is not closer than the standard QCO lead time.
Lead time: 4-5 Weeks
CO Order- Any standard order that does not qualify as a QCO and contains assembled parts. This could be cabinets, parts that have to be assembled (panels with returns for example), etc. Any job completion orders over 4 cabinets will still have to be placed on this designation.
Lead time: Standard cabinet lead time
D1/D1C Order- Warranty order. The number will change based on how many warranties we have processed for the original order number. C is added to the end of the order type if there is a cabinet/assembled part involved. No C indicates that it is just parts.
Lead time: 7-10 Working Days for D1, 2-3 Weeks for D1C
B1/B1C Order- Backorder. The number will change based on how many backorders we have relating to the original order. C is added to the end of the order type if a cabinet is involved. No C indicates that it is just parts.
